MYER is seeking expression of interest from Change Specialists who are passionate about driving successful organisational change, to support the execution of change management activities across key transformation initiatives.
About the role:
Change Support and Execution:
- Assist in the execution of change management strategies for specific projects.
- Support the completion of change impact assessments and readiness activities.
- Coordinate updates to the change management plan and associated documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
- Assist in liaising with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and feedback loops.
- Prepare materials to support communication with impacted teams.
Communications and Training Coordination:
- Contribute to the development of clear and targeted communication materials.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of training and capability-building activities.
- Support the creation and distribution of change-related communications.
Project Integration:
- Work closely with project teams to align change activities with project timelines.
- Track and monitor change actions and dependencies.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Help track change adoption and readiness metrics.
- Assist in identifying risks and issues related to change execution.
- Provide input into status updates and reporting for leadership and governance forums.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the improvement of change management tools, templates, and processes.
- Participate in initiatives to build organisational change capability.
- Ad hoc work as required.
About you:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in change support or similar roles.
- Exposure to organizational transformation projects or change initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in producing communication and training materials.
- Attention to detail and an organized approach to work.
