Myer is looking for an International Supply Chain Analyst (known as Supply Chain Analyst in our organisation) to drive operational excellence across global supply chain and finance invoice processes. In alignment with company priorities, this role is responsible for reviewing and analysing end‑to‑end international supply chain activities, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and cost‑effectiveness.
About the role:
- Provide detailed analysis of the international invoice and reconciliation data, providing process maps, reports, Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and subsequent change actions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver commercial improvements that positively impact Myer business functions.
- Initiate and implement process and system efficiencies to improve the processes and reduce ongoing costs exposure.
- Provide merchandise support for International order management
- Freight forwarder engagement
About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in a retail organisation in a similar role is essential.
- Previous Supply Chain experience across International Supply Chain process would be Ideal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manipulate data to assist with analysis, reporting and highlight anomalies for actions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, follow direction but also collaborate as a team
