Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty Product, this role supports the delivery and ongoing optimisation of MYER one member benefits, working cross-functionally to ensure benefits are launched effectively and drive strong member engagement. The role is responsible for monitoring benefit performance and uptake, as well as broader MYER one program performance metrics including scan rates, tag rates, acquisition, redemption, and overall member engagement, using insights to inform continuous improvement.

Our Geelong store are seeking a polished Team Leader who will support the highly engaged service and selling team in Menswear to cultivate and grow a customer following for the Myer brand.
