This role plays a pivotal part in shaping Myer’s media presence, delivering proactive and reactive communications across key initiatives and managing relationships with media and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation and brand impact.

Myer is looking for a Operational Support Officer to be responsible for optimising store procedures and systems to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency. This includes managing key programs such as MyWallet and CFC, overseeing daily sales and compliance reporting, supporting projects through to business-as-usual, and delivering actionable business insights. You will also play a key role in stakeholder engagement, providing operational support and facilitating communication between stores and third parties.
