Reduce shrinkage by detecting and deterring theft, ensuring efficient and compliant loss prevention activities and supporting the Selling Team.

Reporting to the NDC Manager, the NDC Operations Manager will establish and maintain a multi-skilled team supporting multi-channel fulfilment nationally, delivering excellent customer service and support activities that are operationally efficient, effective, safe and compliant.
