Product Enrichment Coordinator

  • The eCommerce team is looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to join the team in a pivotal role
  • Work back with our suppliers and buying teams to manage imagery for products on
  • Be a part of a team that supports the Myer growth strategy


About the role:

  • Pro-actively reach out to suppliers and internal buying teams to ensure all product enrichment and imagery is submitted to Myer in-line with agreed lead times
  • Support all existing and new suppliers with their understanding of online enrichment processes in particular reference to Myer's Product Enrichment Portal.
  • Ensure that suppliers are providing high quality enrichment and adhering to Myer's Online Photography and Enrichment Style Guides and provide feedback to the Online Enrichment Manager to ensure style guide is as inclusive as
  • Work with suppliers and Image Management Team to obtain samples for missing images and work to ensure that product is available on in a timely manner
  • Work with the Online Enrichment Manager to ensure continued improvement of online enrichment processes whilst prioritising ease of use for suppliers.
  • Ensure that errors with product enrichment are attended to in a timely manner in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Help improve user experience, customer engagement and optimise site conversion


About You:

  • Previous experience in retail or in an ecommerce role, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in WCS or any other online enrichment management systems desirable
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Advanced PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

  • Customer driven with a strong service focus
  • Capacity to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to take ownership of the role, whilst also working within a team environment
