Myer is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Myer data and customer data. To assist with IT compliance initiatives at Myer ensuring that policies, procedures and technologies are compliant with industry regulations, such as PCI-DSS and NIST.

About the role:

• Operate and maintain Security Support Tools such as EDR, Email Security, Vulnerability Management, CASB, SIEM, Threat Intel, CNAPP etc.
• Assist in the detection, response and remediation of Security incidents and alerts from security tools. Candidates with working knowledge and experience on these tools will he preferred.
• Provide support for the Myer Information Training and awareness programme and phishing simulations
• Perform threat analysis on any vulnerabilities found to distinguish real threats and priorities
• Support audit activities
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure Security tools are deployed across the organisation
• Document SOPs, playbooks for operational tasks and incident response. 

About you:

• Computer Science related degree, and either obtained or working towards relevant industry certifications such as GCIH/CEH
• 1+ years professional experience in security support tools, security incident detection and threat analysis
• Strong knowledge and clear understanding of Cybersecurity concepts including cloud security
• Familiarity of Multi Cloud environments, Azure AD and O365 (essential)
• Understanding of scripting language
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style dependant on audience and articulate cyber risk in a language the business understands
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player, the ability to work both cooperatively and autonomously
