Myer is looking for an Account Managers to add, retain, support, trade and organically grow supplier portfolio by adding new product range and suppliers and providing marketing support to sellers.
About the Opportunity:
- Drives new opportunities to achieve sales growth, through new strategic partnerships.
- Direct link with our merchandise team on future product strategy plans, to be able to add sellers in identified range extension or known gaps.
- Maintaining constant communication with existing partners to build partnerships and grow existing trade.
- Partner with online trade, marketing and additional cross-functional teams to create awareness and drive sales and profit across channels
- Provides regularly reporting to monitor sales, profit and defined success metrics
- Support customer service and DSV team to ensure partners can service our customer to the Myer Selling Standards
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in an E-Commerce role, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment
- 2+ years account management experience (ideally with previous marketplace experience)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and base level understanding of eCommerce integration
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work alongside a broad range of key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Flexible in accepting new challenges and working in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented and thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
