Myer is currently looking for an eCommerce Lead to drive the tactical aspects of the eCommerce channel, focusing on immediate sales drivers, operational efficiencies and the execution of short term projects.
About the Role:
- Lead small‐scale projects that contribute to eCommerce platform's enhancements
- Execute day‐to‐day eCommerce strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Manage the rollout of new product features for the eCommerce platform
- Oversee operational processes to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports for key stakeholder review
About You:
- Previous experience in an eCommerce role is essential, preferably within the retail sector
- Highly organised and analytical with a strong attention to detail
- A passion for eCommerce and user experience
- A strong team player who is able to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
- Ability to work within a fast‐paced environment
- Experience with website analytics, ideally Google analytics
- Experience in eCommerce platforms, PIMs or search and merchandising tools
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Microsoft Excel
