Are you passionate about cosmetics and skincare? Do you have a talent for leading teams and driving sales? Our Myer store is looking for an inspiring and ambitious Team Leader to join our vibrant Cosmetic Floor team.

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Service Managers to create exceptional in-store experiences. You will:

• Lead and motivate the Service and Selling team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coach and develop team members, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Inspire creativity within the team to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.
• Lead by example to ensure every customer receives personalized attention.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in People Leadership/Supervision within a retail environment.
• Skilled in Retail Sales with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• A Strong Communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and lead the team.
• Organized and Efficient with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Motivated and Ambitious with a desire for career progression.
• Experienced in Cosmetics or Luxury Beauty Brands (preferred but not essential).

Availability:

You must be available to work across key store trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, and peak trading times.
