As a Beauty Therapist, you’ll deliver expert skincare treatments and personalised consultations that empower clients to feel confident and radiant. With a deep knowledge of Lancôme’s skincare innovations and a passion for exceptional service, you’ll create memorable beauty experiences while representing the elegance and expertise of the brand.

About the role:

• Perform expert skin consultations and tailored skincare treatments using Lancôme’s advanced techniques and products
• Deliver exceptional luxury service that reflects Lancôme’s brand values of elegance, innovation, and empowerment
• Educate clients on personalised skincare routines and product benefits to promote long-term skin health
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, and ongoing skincare support
• Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall counter performance
• Maintain treatment area and counter presentation to the highest cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, new launches, and treatment protocols through ongoing brand training
• Assist with stock management, product replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Participate in in-store events, activations, and promotional campaigns to enhance client engagement
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive, professional, and results-driven environment
