About the role:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service, skincare consultations, and personalised beauty rituals
- Build strong customer relationships through clienteling and ongoing follow-ups
- Ensure the counter is visually merchandised to Clarins standards at all times
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control with accuracy
- Report on sales performance and implement strategic actions to drive results
- Conduct regular team training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Uphold and promote Clarins brand values, image, and standards
- Foster a positive, professional, and supportive team culture
