An exciting opportunity exists to join Myer’s People & Culture team as an HR Analyst in a fixed-term contract role through to the end of February 2026. If you’re looking to apply your HR systems and analytics skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment – this could be the role for you.

About the Role:

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering systems support, data insights, and process improvements that impact the wider business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across HR and IT to ensure optimal system functionality and accurate people reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support HR systems including the LMS and ATS
  • Update and manage P&C SharePoint and intranet content
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics (e.g. turnover, demographics)
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and implementations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy
  • Act as a key support for P&C cyclical projects (e.g. learning, recruitment, performance)

About You:

  • Strong Excel skills essential (Access and SQL highly regarded)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and a team player
  • Previous experience in HR systems and reporting (retail sector experience a bonus)
