Myer is looking for a Loyalty Product Lead – Metrics and Engagement who will be instrumental in driving the performance and growth of the MYER one loyalty program. You will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing key program metrics, including tag rates, acquisition, and contactability across both in-store and online channels. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will focus on improving member engagement and fostering deeper customer loyalty.

About the role:
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager - Loyalty Product to analyse and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as tag rates, member acquisition, and contactability across both in-store and online channels, aiming to improve overall program performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase member activity and engagement within the loyalty program, utilising data-driven insights to personalise experiences and encourage active participation
- Work closely with loyalty, marketing, IT, merchandise, and operations teams to align program initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and integration across all touchpoints
- Regularly track and report on program metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and recommending adjustments to optimise performance and achieve strategic goals
- Support the development and execution of campaigns and internal incentives aimed at increasing program acquisition and engagement, including leveraging targeted lifecycle strategies to attract new members
- Implement strategies to enhance member contactability, ensuring effective communication and fostering stronger relationships with members
- Utilise customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement, informing program enhancements and personalisation efforts
- Assist in identifying opportunities for program expansion and enhancement, contributing to the development of new features and benefits that drive member satisfaction and loyalty
- Support the loyalty product and operations teams to improve engagement and resolve metric and engagement pain-points for online and stores
- Work with key business stakeholders and brand partners to improve awareness of MYER one across the business
About you:
- 3+ years’ loyalty program product experience, preferably in a retail or consumer driven environment, specialising in loyalty metrics and engagement
- Proficient in tracking and reporting on program metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders, and recommending adjustments to optimise performance
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategies to increase member activity and engagement within a loyalty program
- Skilled in implementing strategies to enhance member contactability
- Strong customer focus with ability to analyse data to inform decisions and optimise program performance
- Intermediate experience in loyalty management systems and reporting
- Micro understanding of global loyalty trends and the overall loyalty landscape to ensure excellent product delivery and ability to recommend improvements, develop strategy and identify opportunities based on expert knowledge
- Flexible in accepting new challenges, strong communication and organisational skills
- Effective stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Understanding of financial principles to manage budgets and assess the return on investment for loyalty initiatives
