MYER is looking for a Loyalty Fulfilment Analyst on a 12-month FTC to support the delivery of new MYER one offers and benefits

About the role:
- Recommend Enhancements to the digital delivery of the Loyalty program
- Analyse current processes and impact on Member Loyalty and Program efficiency
- Recommend new processes after developing alternatives and assessing impacts of changes
- Developing project plans with partners including data changes and specifications, system test plans, user and training documentation
- Support Core Loyalty communications to Members.
- Deliver Fulfilment of promotional Credits and Rewards to Members and reporting to the Loyalty Operations Manager
- Deliver engagement metrics reporting
- Collaborate with partners including Legal, Compliance, Myer IT, Store Operations, third party providers and others to ensure that Colleagues are properly briefed and trained
- Ensure Session M Business processes are properly documented
- Member data is accurate and shared within company guidelines
- Ensure MYER one Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions are met
About you:
- Strong retail experience with empathy in how changes in the customer experience impact loyalty
- Skilled SQL developer with ability to query complex relational databases
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop business process skills to recommend changes and outline impacts
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organised and process oriented
