We are seeking a hands-on and customer centric Cluster Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs and sass & bide concession stores within Myer Indooroopilly. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Cluster Manager who has a passion for people, styling and visual merchandising. Leading the team, you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations within your concession store, responsibilities include customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting. 

This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
• Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
• Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
• Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
• Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
• Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers;
• An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
• A huge passion for fashion;
• Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high-performing team; and
• Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
