• Position based at Myer Carindale
• Permanent CASUAL position 

Reporting to the Counter Manager, the purpose of this position will require the successful candidate to sell across all three categories of Fragrance, Makeup and Skincare, connecting with a varied customer base to display your passion for the brand

About the role:

• Deliver a luxurious client experience through personalised skincare, fragrance, and makeup consultations
• Uphold CHANEL’s exceptional service standards, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and heritage of the brand
• Build lasting client relationships through one-on-one service, follow-up, and bespoke clienteling
• Achieve sales targets while embodying the spirit of CHANEL and driving brand loyalty
• Maintain impeccable product knowledge across all CHANEL beauty categories, staying up to date with new launches and techniques
• Ensure the counter is always visually flawless, aligned with CHANEL’s prestige merchandising and presentation standards
• Support stock management processes, including receiving, replenishing, and inventory accuracy
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, contributing to a respectful and refined team environment
• Participate in brand events, activations, and client experiences, bringing CHANEL’s vision to life
• Represent the brand with polished grooming and a professional presence, aligned with CHANEL’s elegant aesthetic
