The Marketing Team is seeking a Campaign Producer - MEBS & MDL who is responsible for the end-to-end production of campaign shoots, videos and key creative assets across Myer Exclusive Brands (MEBS) and Myer Designer Labels (MDL).
Reporting to the Fashion Creative Director, this role is the operational backbone of the creative team ensuring that every shoot and campaign is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.
About the role:
- Oversee end-to-end production of all campaign photoshoots and video productions for MEBS and MDL, from pre-production planning through to final asset delivery.
- Develop and manage detailed shoot schedules, run sheets and production timelines to ensure all milestones are met across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Lead pre-production logistics including location sourcing, studio booking, equipment hire, permits and call sheets.
- Manage on-set production flow, troubleshoot issues in real time and keep shoots running on schedule and to brief.
- Own and manage campaign production budgets across MEBS and MDL, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost tracking and reconciliation for every shoot.
- Source, brief and manage external agency partners, production companies, photographers, videographers and freelancers across all productions.
- Act as the central coordination point between creative, styling, production and post-production teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Manage the asset delivery schedule, tracking final file handover to internal teams (content, digital, social, marketing) against campaign go-live dates.
About you:
- 10+ years' experience in campaign or production management within fashion, retail, advertising or a related creative industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end photoshoot and video productions, from brief through to final asset delivery.
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and supplier negotiation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent productions in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience briefing and managing external agencies, production companies and creative freelancers.
- Solid understanding of multi-channel asset requirements across campaign, social, digital, OOH and in-store.
- Familiarity with DAM systems, production workflow tools and asset management processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build effective relationships with creative, commercial and external partners.
- A genuine passion for fashion and an understanding of the Australian retail and lifestyle landscape.
