Visual Merchandise Manager

Our Doncaster store are looking for a highly creative and commercially minded Visual Merchandise Manager to lead the visual direction across our store network. You’ll bring seasonal trends to life through impactful visual storytelling, creating an inspiring in-store experience that showcases the full breadth of our collections, themes and looks.

About the role:

As part of the store leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey through exceptional visual execution. You will lead and inspire a dedicated creative team by ensuring the floor remains well-presented, fully stocked and visually engaging  - delivering an environment that feels like an oasis of style and inspiration for our customers. 

This is a hands-on role that blends creativity and operational discipline. You will bring your personal sense of creative style, strong VM principles, and a love of a dynamic fast-paced environment to execute the creative brief strategies. From coordinating stock flow and managing deliveries to maintaining floor standards and styling displays, you will translate key seasonal trends into compelling visual moments. Through your leadership, you will ensure the Doncaster store will consistently inspire and captivate, creating memorable in-store experiences that connect with our customers and drive commercial success. 

Please note: VM Manager roles typically involve early morning starts and flexibility across key trading periods and events. 

Your Background:

  • Visual Merchandise Styling experience within a retail environment, preferred 
  • Visual merchandise qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Leadership or supervisory experience   
  • Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration with team members  
  • A love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace 
  • Strong understanding in trends and styles as well as a real passion for visual merchandising!
