We are seeking Expressions of Interest for future opportunities within our Merchandise Planning teams as an Inventory Analyst. These entry-level roles in Merchandise Planning play an integral part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time across our stores and online.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Support allocation and replenishment activities to maximise stock availability and sales performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory across core, seasonal and promotional ranges.
• Analyse sales and inventory performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support stock flow across stores and online.
• Work collaboratively with Merchandise, Planning, Demand and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage purchase orders and track stock movements.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of product launches

About you

We're looking for analytical, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with data, solving problems and collaborating in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will bring:

• Exposure to inventory management,, stock allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, retail operations, fulfilment/DC operations
• An analytical and numerical mindset, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Beginner to intermediate Excel skills to interpret data and identify trends
• A proactive approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Qualifications in Business, Commerce, Business Analytics, Supply Chain or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
