Join the Myer Eastern Creek Distribution Centre as a Team Leader / Shift Supervisor and lead a high-performing team in one of Australia's leading retail supply chain operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop your leadership capability, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our stores and customers.

You will bring strong leadership capability and distribution centre experience to drive safe, efficient and compliant operations across the site.
About the Role:
- Provide clear leadership and direction aligned to Myer’s business strategy
- Lead by example and foster a safe, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Drive productivity and ensure cost-effective operations
- Oversee end-to-end distribution activities from receipt through to dispatch (stores and customers)
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics partners
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes, productivity, cost, customer service and safety
About You:
- Proven leadership experience in a Distribution Centre, Warehouse or Supply Chain environment
- Strong knowledge of WHS policies and compliance requirements
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to support operational activities when required
- Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to service excellence
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Effective problem-solving, analytical and multitasking capabilities
- Current Forklift Licence
