MYER is looking for a Campaign Lead – Customer Engagement Delivery (known as CRM Campaign Lead – Loyalty) to work closely with the CRM Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with Myer’s goals and values. This role will support the execution and optimization of Myer’s personalisation strategy across key owned channels, including email, SMS, app, web, and in-store. This role ensures that personalised communications are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with Myer’s customer engagement strategy to enhance customer satisfaction.

About the role:
- Execute the personalisation program of work across eDM, SMS, App, Web, and in-store channels.
- Optimise processes and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
- Implement a test-learn-optimise approach to continuously enhance program performance.
- Develop and execute testing plans to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage data & customer feedback to optimise future campaigns.
- Use reporting frameworks to track the success of the personalisation program.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on key performance metrics and program impact.
- Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Omni Experience, Analytics, Loyalty Operations, external agencies and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of personalisation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in for program initiatives.
About you:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, specialising in customer lifecycle and engagement programs.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM is an advantage).
- Strong project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven by numbers, customer insight and have a good understanding of loyalty and direct marketing performance metrics.
- Customer-first mentality, ensuring all strategies and communications are aligned with customer behaviours and needs.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and willing to try new things to increase effectiveness and efficiencies for yourself, the team and customers.
