MYER is looking for a Loyalty Lifecycle Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of the Myer One customer lifecycle. This role plays an important part in helping to deliver a seamless and engaging experience across all key lifecycle stages, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaigns, track performance, and contribute to initiatives that increase program participation and strengthen member loyalty. By leveraging customer insights and supporting the delivery of personalised, data-informed experiences, this role helps ensure Myer One communications, rewards, and benefits deliver meaningful value to members and contribute to business growth.

About the role:
Loyalty Lifecycle Execution & Support
- Support the Senior Manager - Loyalty Lifecycle & Engagement and Loyalty Lifecycle Lead in the delivery of the Myer One customer lifecycle, with a focus on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Assist in the execution of initiatives that enhance the value and relevance of the Myer One program, encouraging increased member engagement and usage of benefits
- Contribute to the delivery of personalised campaigns and lifecycle communications, using customer insights and data provided by the CRM and analytics teams
- Liaise with marketing, creative agencies, and the loyalty CRM team to ensure lifecycle communications are on-brand and consistent across all channels
Engagement & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate the execution of lifecycle campaigns that drive key member behaviours such as profile completion, reward redemption, and exclusive benefit uptake
- Support the implementation of member offers in partnership with the loyalty partnerships and loyalty member experience teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Customer Insights & Program Optimisation
- Use available customer feedback and behavioural data to support the optimisation of lifecycle touchpoints and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in analysing member research and feedback to help enhance the overall MYER one experience
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work collaboratively with teams across CRM, marketing, digital, and external partners and agencies to support the delivery of lifecycle initiatives
- Assist in preparing regular reporting and post-implementation reviews (PIRs), summarising key results, learnings, and recommendations
Operational & Administrative Support
- Support lifecycle campaign tracking, budget administration, and general coordination tasks
- Contribute to loyalty team ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience in loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement roles, ideally with exposure to customer lifecycle and retention initiatives
- Experience supporting the delivery of campaigns or initiatives that drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and program participation
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools, with the ability to draw insights and contribute to decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarise insights and support stakeholder updates
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with CRM or campaign platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, or SessionM is a plus
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine interest in creating seamless, engaging member experiences
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic team environment
