Myer is looking for a Loyalty Product Lead – Member Benefits to play a pivotal role in supporting the development, delivery, and optimisation of the MYER one loyalty program benefits. This includes assisting in shaping the benefit value proposition provided to members and ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives that drive member engagement and program success.

About the role:
- Support the optimisation and creation of key program benefits to drive maximum return on investment and customer engagement, including assisting in the development and delivery of new program benefits and experiences
- Collaborate with the core Loyalty team to develop and enhance key loyalty program assets and infrastructure across all channels, specifically focusing on key benefits
- Contribute to the development of strategies, deliverables, processes, and guidelines for existing and new loyalty tiered benefits, ensuring members receive the most value from the program
- Assist in working with key business stakeholders and partners to improve the member proposition and build awareness of MYER one across the business
- Assist in managing key loyalty product projects and initiatives, ensuring these are delivered within required timeframes and budgets
- Support the analysis of customer insights and key customer metrics to adapt and optimise the program benefits, enhancing member engagement and driving incremental lifetime value
- Identify opportunities to commercialise relevant program benefits supporting the Senior Manager in driving revenue growth
- Assist the Loyalty Member Experience Team with the development and delivery of high-value member benefits and experiences, as required
- Support the Senior Manager with engagement of Myer's external partners to introduce innovative benefits and enhance existing program offerings, focusing on cost reduction and elevating the customer experience
- Support the Customer Lifecycle and Loyalty Operations teams to deliver customer facing proposition benefits and proactively address challenges and customer benefit pain-points
About you:
- 3+ years’ loyalty product experience, preferably in a retail or consumer driven environment, specialising in exclusive member benefits
- Strong experience initiating and delivering member benefits that enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Demonstrates creativity and innovation to differentiate the loyalty program and adapt to changing customer expectations
- Intermediate experience in loyalty management systems
- Strong customer focus with ability to analyse data to inform decisions and optimise program performance
- Flexible in accepting new challenges, strong communication and organisational skills
- Effective stakeholder and cross-functional management skills
- Understanding of financial principles to manage budgets and assess the return on investment for loyalty initiatives
- Flexible in accepting new challenges, strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills
- Process improvement expertise
- Skilled in creating visual representations of customer interactions and strategically planning communication efforts to enhance program engagement
- Micro understanding of global loyalty trends and the overall loyalty landscape to ensure excellent product delivery and ability to recommend improvements, develop strategy and identify opportunities based on expert knowledge
