Myer is looking for a Store Renewal Experience Officer on a 6 month contract to support the delivery of key store renewal programs across stores and distribution centres. This role partners closely with the Myer Support Office and operational teams to coordinate and implement initiatives that enhance the in-store environment. With a strong focus on planning, execution and collaboration, the Store Renewal Experience Officer plays a vital role in ensuring these programs align with Myer’s strategic objectives and deliver meaningful improvements to the customer and team experience.
About the role:
- Support and enhance the build of Renewal Experience programs
- Lead the development and implementation of ad-hoc initiatives. Including the production and maintenance of operational guides and other tools to deliver the desired outcome and impact
- Act as a key contact for Renewal Experience
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to successfully achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide verbal and written support, guidance and coaching, to stores and support office for Retail Experience initiatives
- Acts as Myer ambassador with suppliers and customers
- Actively seeks out and identifies opportunities for business growth and takes appropriate action to investigate, initiate and implement
- Monitors and acts on measures of customer satisfaction to improve the customer experience
- Maintains currency of market knowledge and trends
- Partners with relevant internal and external stakeholders and teams to support mutually beneficial plans and outcomes
About you:
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Confident using software programs
- Confident communicator
- Experience in development of Executive level presentations preferred
- Minimum 2 years retail experience essential
