MYER is looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Promotional Events who will be responsible for providing day-to-day support in the coordination and execution of Myer’s always-on promotional campaigns across all categories including Apparel, Accessories, Beauty and Home.

This role supports the Marketing Manager – Promotional Events in ensuring timely delivery of campaigns tied to key commercial moments such as Stocktake Sale, Mid Season Sale, Super Weekend to Black Friday. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on organisation, accuracy and communication.

 About the role:

• Assist with the coordination and trafficking of campaign briefs, creative assets and internal approvals.
• Maintain campaign timelines, status documents and support the Marketing Manager in keeping stakeholders updated.
• Liaise with internal teams (eComm, Media, Creative) to ensure campaign materials are delivered to spec and on time.
• Coordinate the rollout of promotional activity across digital channels, social, app, eDM and in-store (e.g. POS, signage), under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• Work closely with the Seasonal Events team to ensure promotional offers are integrated within larger brand campaigns like Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
• Support campaign wrap-ups and assist in gathering campaign performance data and insights.
• Support communication between the marketing team and Merchandise / Promotional Activity Solution teams to ensure campaign inputs and approvals are aligned.
• Collaborate with the Seasonal Events team to ensure consistent messaging across promotional and brand executions.

About you:

• Prior experience in a marketing support, coordination or administrative role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team
• Confidence managing multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management or campaign workflow tools a plus
• Experience in retail, media or marketing agency environments
• Knowledge of promotional campaigns or retail sales events
• Interest in marketing, media and the retail landscape
