MYER is looking for a Loyalty Insights & Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for providing timely insights and reporting on the MYER one loyalty program to influence customer behavioural change and improve program efficiency and ROI.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate looking for an entry level role in customer insights and analytics in the fast-paced retail industry. A recent Graduate majoring in courses such as Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business/Economics or Computer Science will be highly regarded.

About the role:
- Support loyalty campaigns and experiences by delivering pre and post analytics including completing PIRs and providing actionable insights and recommendations to define future campaign audiences and Member benefits
- Deliver insights and reporting to enable the delivery of key program events and executions
- Leverage insights to proactively identify opportunities
- Develop, automate and disseminate key metric reporting for Loyalty Product, Loyalty and Retail Operations and Store Leadership teams
- Collaborate and engage with key Loyalty and business stakeholders
- Curate, present and disseminate insights and insight led, actionable strategic recommendations to Loyalty stakeholders
- Support the development and delivery of key Loyalty program initiatives and projects from an insight and reporting perspective
About you:
- University training in SQL and querying large relational databases
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform desirable
- Recent University Graduate majoring in courses such as Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business/Economics or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insight
- Ability to quickly find solutions to non-routine problems and situations
- Retail experience not required, but would be beneficial to the role
