As a Counter Manager, you will drive business success through team leadership, client connection, and exceptional service across skincare, makeup, and fragrance. Representing the elegance and modern luxury of the Armani brand, you’ll create memorable beauty experiences while motivating your team to exceed performance goals.

About the role:

• Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and performance targets
• Deliver exceptional luxury experiences through personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
• Build a loyal client base through expert clienteling, follow-up, and relationship-building strategies
• Coach, train, and develop team members to uphold Armani’s service standards and drive individual growth
• Manage daily operations including rostering, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Ensure the counter is visually immaculate and aligned with Giorgio Armani’s luxury brand aesthetic
• Oversee stock control and inventory management, ensuring accurate product replenishment and merchandising
• Collaborate with Myer store teams and Armani field managers to execute brand activations and business strategies
• Uphold the values of the Armani brand, representing elegance, innovation, and confidence in every interaction
• Create a positive and professional team culture, fostering teamwork, motivation, and high performance
