As a Dolce & Gabbana Counter Manager at MYER, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences. You’ll drive sales, ensure the counter reflects the brand’s high standards, and cultivate strong customer relationships. Representing one of the world’s most iconic fashion and fragrance houses, you’ll create an environment where every client feels valued and every interaction reflects the elegance and sophistication of Dolce & Gabbana.

About the role:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the counter team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
  • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain the counter’s visual merchandising and presentation to reflect Dolce & Gabbana’s brand standards.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Share expert product knowledge across fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with MYER management and brand representatives to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times.
