Myer is seeking a Visual Merchandise (VM) Manager to bring innovation, inspiration and impact to Myer Chadstone.
As a key member of the store leadership team, you'll guide a talented group of Stylists and Merchandisers to deliver trend-forward displays and engaging presentations that captivate our customers.
About the role:
- Execute Myer national VM strategies, including marketing and special activation events
- Collaborate with the national VM team to plan in-store presentations, brand placement and local events
- Build strong relationships with in-store stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment
- Lead, coach and develop your VM team to delivery excellence
About you:
- Proven experience in Visual Merchandise with a strong creative eye
- VM qualifications highly regarded
- Collaborative and innovative mindset
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Skilled in time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Passionate about inspiring others through visual storytelling
