Myer is looking for a Content Producer to bring products to life across our eCommerce platforms and support the creative vision of the Myer Group Brands. This role oversees day‑to‑day studio content production, ensuring all assets meet brand, commercial and operational standards. Working closely with the Lead Content Producer, you will help drive departmental growth by improving workflows, introducing new ways of working and capturing key data to enhance processes. You’ll partner strategically with Merchandise teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of content to the e-store, while also managing OH&S compliance, team coordination and financial administration across projects. This role plays a key part in elevating Myer’s digital content and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

About the role:

  • eCommerce photography production: Oversee end-to-end execution of all eCommerce shoots, ensuring seamless production and high-quality output.
  • Own scheduling, call Sheets & budgets: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets with precision to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Champion OH&S compliance: Enforce best practices across all production sets, maintaining a safe and efficient studio environment.
  • Working with children permit process: manage end – to – end process of WWC permits for online photography.
  • Manage talent & crew logistics: Oversee casting, talent bookings, and crew coordination to ensure the right people bring each shoot to life.
  • Streamline brief management: Track and manage all briefs from Product and Design teams, collaborating closely with the Lead Stylist, Stylist and Image Management Lead.
  • Optimize merchandising & sample management: Lead the planning and coordination of merchandise flow, ensuring seamless sample management and alignment with merchandise teams. Drive adoption of automated systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Negotiate & manage supplier partnerships: Secure competitive rates and optimize availability with third-party vendors to maximize value.
  • Drive process optimization: Continuously refine workflows, ensuring efficiency and alignment across internal and external teams.
  • Leverage data for smarter production: Capture, analyse, and apply shoot data to enhance studio operations and decision-making.
  • Evolve studio best practices: Regularly review and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and elevate content quality.

About you:

  • 4+ year experience in a production agency across eCommerce and photography production
  • Manage sample deliveries and returns in accordance with eCommerce shoot schedule
  • Process driven and highly organised
  • Proficient in content creation and delivery
  • Location scouting and permitting logistics
  • Children talent permitting
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strategic and solutions driven
  • Work at pace but remain calm under pressure
  • Passionate about emerging production technologies
  • Understanding of production equipment
  • Trusted third-party relationship’s primarily with crews and talent agencies
  • Video content production experience desired but not essential
  • Understanding of post-production process in digital, print and video
  • Excellent computer skills - particularly advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficient in DAM (Digital Asset Management) and resourcing platforms
