As a Niche Fragrance Counter Manager, you will lead, while delivering personalised fragrance consultations that elevate the customer experience. You drive sales, maintain premium visual standards, manage stock and events, and build strong client relationships, all within a trusted Australian retail environment focused on service excellence. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional, personalised fragrance consultations to create memorable client experiences
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through relationship selling and follow-ups
• Drive counter performance through events, promotions, and in-store activations
• Ensure premium visual merchandising that reflects luxury fragrance standards
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Analyse sales results and identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain strong brand knowledge across niche fragrance houses
• Collaborate with store leadership to support broader beauty hall success
• Uphold Myer service standards while fostering a high-energy, results-driven culture
