The Myer Media Network – Retail Media Team is seeking an Account Executive to provide critical operational support to the account team. This role focuses heavily on the administrative, procedural and operational/delivery excellence of media packages. This includes ensuring inventory is booked, verified and billed accurately.
This role also delivers support to the Senior Account Manager/Account Manager in formulating pitch decks and delivering required post-campaign reports (PCRs).
About the role:
- Support and deliver on pitch decks, covering omni-channel strategies, ensuring available inventory to execute.
Book media partnership strategies for Brands, owning the E-2-E booking process.
- Extract performance data to support the insights for packages.
- Design, price and scale high-value omni-channel media packages.
- Liaise with Brand partners and relevant Marketing team members to coordinate the timely delivery of campaign assets, meeting all Myer and Brand partner guardrails.
- Support the execution of weekly trade, including onsite updates, email priorities, social content, and in‑store messaging.
- Liaise with Measurement and Reporting team to extract relevant data to report on Compliance and tracking against campaign objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with Buying and Merchandise teams to align on product priorities, range launches, and brand opportunities.
- Collaborate with CRM, Digital, PR, Events, and Social teams to deliver integrated, customer-first activations.
About you:
- 2-3 years’ experience in retail, fashion, or category marketing (Inhouse or agency) with ownership of category or brand marketing plans.
- Ability to demonstrate and understanding of commercial focus with ability to interpret trade data, customer insights and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated experience working with Buying/Merch teams or product-led stakeholders in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and translate them into effective multi-channel execution.
- Experience managing multiple brands.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management capability and ability to manage competing deadlines.
