- Drive significant eCommerce sales growth through Digital Experience improvement, Experimentation and Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Lead large scale uplifts in the Digital/Ecommerce/Technology/Loyalty domains

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead one or more Digital Product streams to support MYER’s overarching strategic objectives. You will work alongside a team of experienced Product Managers, with UX, Design, Data & Insight teams, and our growing Technology function, to collaboratively deliver results. You’ll be familiar with OKRs, creating compelling product visions that fosters genuine excitement, and bringing people together to help deliver it. You’ll use data, insight, customer verbatim and your professional hunch to guide decision making, ensuring that you deliver the best commercial and customer outcome possible. You will seamlessly balance the delivery of near-term value and the pursuit of longer-term more strategic objectives. And you will work seamlessly with cross functional stakeholders to ensure the business is on the journey with you.
About the Opportunity:
- Support the delivery of MYER’s strategic objectives by leading 1+ Digital Product streams
- Advocate for the customer whilst ensuring business objectives are being met
- Validate customer focused digital initiatives using user research, customer centric design and financial analysis
- Deliver iterative digital solutions to provide value and meet customer needs by prioritising the backlog for multiple or complex agile digital product streams.
- Report on digital product and initiative performance and trends across multiple or complex product streams
- Enhance processes to improve ways of working with external vendors or multiple product streams.
- Manage communication for a complex stakeholder group to focus on Omni-Channel customer outcomes and influence agile adoption across MYER
- Interpret business goals, data and customer insights to inform product roadmaps and business cases
- Use customer data and behavioural insight to find opportunities, size them and shape the investment case
- Build a working view of how our platforms connect – what data they hold, what they share, and where that constrains or unlocks the customer experience
About You:
- Strong digital product management experience, with solid experience in eCommerce and working in agile teams.
- Strong agile product management skills plus experience in delivering complex customer-facing digital products.
- Strong understanding of customer-facing agile product development methodologies
- Advocates for the customer, with the ability to connect stakeholders with the product vision
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt your language to the audience
- Commercially focused to drive great outcomes for our customer and business within tight deadlines
- Highly organised, can plan manage and prioritise multiple complex initiatives to deliver value
- Team player with a collaborative, open working style and excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail, flexible, ability to foresee potential future issues and pivot as required
- Domain expertise in 1+ areas preferred but not essential – eCommerce Platform Upgrades, Digital Experience Enhancements, Experimentation/Optimisation, Personalisation, Customer Data Platforms, Mobile Apps.
- Comfortable with data – you can interrogate it yourself, work out what matters, and explain it to people who are never going to open the dashboard
- Curious about systems – how platforms connect, where information lives, and why that matters to the customer
