As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service and personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance. With a passion for beauty and style, you’ll inspire confidence, build lasting client relationships, and embody the refined sophistication of the Armani brand.

About the role:

• Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
• Achieve individual sales and service targets, contributing to overall counter success
• Build strong client relationships through expert product knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up care
• Maintain a luxurious and welcoming counter environment that reflects Giorgio Armani’s elegance and sophistication
• Stay up to date with brand education, new launches, and industry trends to confidently share insights with clients
• Assist with stock management and merchandising, ensuring the counter is always well-presented and fully replenished
• Support in-store promotions, events, and activations to drive engagement and visibility of the brand
• Uphold Armani’s brand values through impeccable grooming, professionalism, and client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, goal-oriented, and high-performing culture
