Myer Group is seeking a Change Specialist with a supply chain background who is passionate about bringing people with them through change, to support a major supply chain transformation across Myer Group.

About the role:

Supply Chain Change:

  • Deliver change across supply chain workstreams, including distribution, freight, inbound logistics and third-party logistics partners.
  • Run change impact assessments across supply chain, merchandising, stores and suppliers, and keep them current as decisions land.
  • Bring a supply chain operations lens, so processes are defined first and teams are trained on how they will actually work.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong working relationships with supply chain leaders, operations teams, merchandising and delivery leads.
  • Engage suppliers and external logistics partners so they are briefed early and clearly on what Myer needs and when.
  • Give supply chain change one clear voice, so teams and suppliers hear one consistent story.

Communications, Training and Readiness:

  • Develop clear, practical communications for operational audiences, including suppliers where English is a second language.
  • Work with subject matter experts to write SOPs and process documentation, and plan training and capability building.
  • Track readiness so teams and suppliers are ready ahead of each milestone.

Planning and Delivery:

  • Build and manage an integrated change plan in Smartsheet, with owners, dates and dependencies.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to align change activity with build, testing and cutover timelines, and protect the critical path.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track change adoption and readiness metrics.
  • Identify change risks and issues early, and escalate with a recommended way forward.
  • Provide status updates for steering committees and governance forums.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the change team's tools, templates and processes.
  • Help build change capability across the business.
  • Ad hoc work as required.

 About you:

  • Hands-on experience in retail supply chain operations, ideally across distribution centres, 3PL, freight or inbound logistics.
  • Experience delivering change in operational or transformation programs, including impact assessments, training and readiness.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci) highly regarded.
  • Understanding of how merchandising and supply chain connect, including purchase orders, allocation and replenishment.
  • Experience writing SOPs and working with subject matter experts and external partners.
  • Strong planning skills, comfortable managing timelines and dependencies in a fast-moving environment.
  • A clear communicator who turns complex detail into simple, practical messages, with a people first approach.

Some of our benefits:

  • Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts
  • Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave, so you can arrange work around your life, not life around work
  • A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success
  • Career growth and succession opportunities across the business
