• Permanent full-time position in our dynamic Myer Content Studio team.
• Join a team of like-minded, creative individuals and contribute to projects including e-commerce content for our Myer Exclusive Brands, social media and marketing briefs.
• Onsite role in our Docklands Head Office, close to public transport options and a 7-minute walk to Southern Cross Station.

Myer is currently looking for a Photographer to join our Myer Studio to produce engaging e-commerce and marketing content, the Photographer has a central role of capturing high quality content across each of the Myer Exclusive Brands (MEBs) product categories and beyond. This extends across on-body talent shoots and still-life.

About the Role:

• Collaborate closely with the production team on all projects, ensuring all content is produced according to the Myer e-commerce style guides.
• Utilising an eagle eye for detail, work autonomously to manage shoots and direct talent to deliver brilliant and aspirational content.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to get the best outcome via lighting set-ups, bringing out the best features of each product.
• Follow daily e-commerce shoot schedule and the Myer e-commerce style guides.
• Collaborate with the wider team and respond creatively to all briefs.
• Utilise Capture One Enterprise and CC Suite, to deliver high-quality images.
• Process, colour correct and QC studio image content daily.
• Assisting with image management, the image post-production process and review third party supplier images, when required.
• Collaborate with the Image Management Lead on new ways of working, technology, and equipment.
• Continuously explore innovative approaches and how the studio function can continue to evolve.

About You:

• 3+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced photography studio environment.
• 3+ years’ experience shooting retail e-commerce on talent and still life product.
• Proactive self-starter, reliable and autonomous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with different internal stakeholders.
• High level knowledge of studio process and functions, including photography production, lighting, colour correction and image postproduction.
• High level computer literacy, both Mac and PC; including Capture One Enterprise, Adobe CC (Photoshop/Bridge), Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience in e-commerce or other consumer facing industries.
• Experience in video and social media content creation a bonus.
• Experience in advertising campaign fashion photography and videography a bonus.
• Experience working with PIM and DAM systems a bonus.
• Demonstrate a very keen interest in future technology and workflows.
