Myer is looking for a Product Lead to develop and lead high performing product teams, which will execute the product vision and roadmap to drive commercial outcomes. You will create and implement processes and frameworks that enable teams to engage stakeholders, manage change and deliver the best possible outcomes for customers.

About the role:

• Accountable for developing and implementing longer term vision and strategy for Product to support the organisation strategy
• Be connected to the broader business stakeholders and embed the teams to support business objectives, join the dots, advocate for the customer and optimise ways of working so we can continuously improve our end -to-end customer experience
• Lead the positioning of the teams as valuable business units and drive cross functional ways of working
• Mentor, coach and lead high performing teams within product and wider unified commerce to achieve high standards of both stakeholder management and storytelling enhancing their impact on the business
• Accountable for the team running key strategic initiatives and projects to support EGM level decision making and drive a deeper level of customer understanding to improve our customer proposition
• Oversee the definition, maintenance and execution of the team’s backlogs and roadmaps, ensuring the right prioritisation of work and out output
• Develop business cases, value estimates, benefit tracking and measurement
• Develop and enhance processes and frameworks related to product development, with a key focus on stakeholder engagement and team productivity/velocity
• Inspire and influence all Myer personnel to focus on quality Omni-channel customer outcomes, as well as engraining an agile mindset focused on the fast and iterative delivery of ongoing value (progress over perfection)
• Advocate for the customer at all times
• Championing trialling and adoption of new approaches and techniques to the space the provide efficiency and better ways of working
• Lead procurement projects for new technology, suppliers and agencies, as required 
• Ensure appropriate data governance, security standards, correct processes and quality assurance are upheld.
• Ad hoc work as required

About you:

• 10+ years’ digital experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in eCommerce and 2 years’ working in agile teams
• Strong leadership skills plus experience in growing and leading high performing digital teams (direct reports)
• Depth of experience in agile development, product strategy and product design
• Customer obsessed, with the ability to see the big picture across the organisation
• Commercially focused to drive great outcomes for our customer and business
• Creative thinker and entrepreneur who can work within a large corporate company to drive change
• Team player with collaborative, open working style
• Keen attention to detail, flexible, ability to foresee potential future issues and pivot as required
