MYER is seeking expressions of interest from seasoned Process Analyst professionals who thrive in mapping processes, engaging stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. These exciting fixed- term contract opportunities sit exclusively within our Business Transformation Office. 

You’ll play a key role in capturing, documenting, and maintaining business processes that support transformation, compliance, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure process documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with best practices.

About the role:

  • Process Mapping & Documentation: Capture and visually document current-state processes using BPMN and other standards; create supporting materials like SIPOCs, RACIs, and decision trees.
  • Governance & Standards: Ensure consistency in documentation through naming conventions, version control, and integration into enterprise repositories (e.g., Promapp).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with SMEs and business leaders to validate process accuracy and provide guidance on process capture techniques.
  • Process Library Management: Maintain a secure, accessible repository of process documents, managing updates and review cycles.
  • Project & Change Support: Map current and future state processes to inform solution design, training, and transformation initiatives.

 About you:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in process mapping, documentation, or business analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in tools like Promapp, Visio, Signavio, Lucidchart or ARIS.
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN or other process modelling standards.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, visual representations.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
