Supporting the Counter Manager, you’ll help lead a passionate team, deliver elevated client experiences, and drive sales across Gucci’s luxurious fragrance and beauty portfolio. With a flair for artistry and leadership, you’ll embody the brand’s modern glamour while upholding exceptional service standards

About the role:

• Set and deliver targets by providing exceptional customer experiences
• Meet customer needs in every way by recommending additional services
• Represent and advocate for Myer to generate customer loyalty and maintain strong client base
• Superior and efficient operating standards
• Demonstrate extensive product knowledge

About you:

• Retail sales background with proven results
• Previous beauty industry experience working with Luxury Beauty brands
• The ability to establish strong working relationships with all stakeholders 
• The experience and passion to motivate, engage & manage a team
• Qualifications in Makeup Artistry having worked in retail
