MYER is looking for a Business Analyst – Integration (6 month contract) role to play a crucial role in knowledge transfer as part of the Apparel Brands support services transition, helping to ensure a smooth transition and realisation of synergies. You will facilitate the sharing of knowledge between Myer/Apparel Brands and PMV on critical service functions.

This role involves identifying key knowledge gaps, developing knowledge transfer strategies, documenting existing processes, identifying overlaps or inefficiencies, and recommending optimised workflows. This role will work with the Technical Business Analyst to ensure systems & apps requirements are captured.

About the role:

• Understand and document business processes and workflows
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define, document and communicate clear system and process requirements
• Document processes as part of knowledge transfer
• Assist stakeholders, workstream leads and other integration project members in developing to-be processes based on knowledge transfer and current operations
•  Assist in the establishment of implementation, training and support plan post KT
• Contribute to quality discovery/ideation requirements with business stakeholders and assist in producing solution

About you:

• Experience and deep knowledge of business process mapping
• Experience working in complex business change programs (ideally within business separation or integration context)
• Experience and/or exposure to process mapping/knowledge transfer apps
• Excellent end to end delivery experience and ability to juggle multiple workstreams
• A business specialist, with the ability to liaise and influence with a variety of stakeholders by translating complex information in to understandable, business language
• Exposure to projects with wide application and data integration scope
• Experience in all facets of Business Analysis including project methodologies
• Can perform detailed technical analysis of systems and apps, as required
