Myer is currently looking for a Marketplace Operations and Partnerships Lead to be responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and operational success of our marketplace partner network. This role drives continuous improvement through strategic relationship management, operational optimisation, and data-driven decision-making, while leading key projects focused on process enhancements and operational efficiency.

About the role:

• Strategic Partnerships, Growth & Optimisation: Serve as the primary point of contact for external operational partners within the marketplace team, driving continuous improvement. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Partner Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with partners, providing insights and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, sales, and profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Merchandise, Marketing, and the wider Digital and Operations teams to enhance marketplace performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee operational troubleshooting across Onboarding, Seller Performance, Customer Support, IT and Digital Operations, while leading initiatives to continuously improve marketplace operational standards.
• Reporting & Insight-Driven Decision Making:  Leverage analytics and performance data to optimise partner outcomes, identify emerging opportunities, and mitigate risks.

About you:

• Strong experience in marketplace operations, eCommerce partnerships, account management, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes and managing partner relationships.
• Deep understanding of marketplace workflows, including catalogue management, logistics, customer service, and technical integrations.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-value partnerships.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills to optimise performance and identify opportunities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Comfortable working with marketplace platforms (ideally Mirakl), digital tools, and CRM systems
