Reporting to the Counter Manager, the purpose of this position will require the successful candidate to lead their team to sell across all three categories of Fragrance, Makeup and Skincare, connecting with a varied customer base to display your passion for the brand. 

About the role:

• Support the Counter Manager in leading daily operations, team performance, and service excellence
• Lead by example on the floor, delivering the highest standard of personalised luxury service across fragrance, skincare, and makeup
• Coach and mentor team members, helping to elevate product knowledge, service skills, and brand behaviours
• Drive sales performance by actively engaging with clients and motivating the team to exceed KPIs and business goals
• Step confidently into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Counter Manager, including team coordination and reporting
• Maintain impeccable counter presentation, visual merchandising, and adherence to CHANEL’s brand guidelines
• Support stock management, including ordering, receiving, and inventory accuracy
• Foster a refined and collaborative team environment, upholding CHANEL’s values of respect, elegance, and integrity
• Participate in and help lead brand activations and events, bringing CHANEL's unique client experiences to life
• Represent the CHANEL image through polished grooming, professionalism, and deep brand ambassadorship
