Myer Chadstone has an opportunity for a passionate leader to join the team. Reporting to the Counter Manager, you’ll help foster a motivated, high-performing team while upholding the luxury and innovation that define Estée Lauder

About the role:

• Support the Counter Manager in overseeing daily counter operations and achieving sales targets
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver personalised luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
• Coach and develop team members to improve product knowledge, service skills, and professional growth
• Take charge in the absence of the Counter Manager, including rostering, reporting, and team coordination
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert clienteling and follow-up
• Assist with implementing promotional activities, events, and product launches
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture aligned with Estée Lauder’s brand values
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, professionalism, and brand representation
