About the role:

• Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations using Clinique’s dermatologist-developed approach
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, confidence, and long-term client relationships
• Achieve individual sales goals while supporting overall team performance
• Maintain strong product knowledge across skincare, makeup, and treatment systems
• Educate clients on tailored routines and product benefits to help them achieve their best skin
• Ensure the counter is clean, well-stocked, and visually merchandised to Clinique standards
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Participate in in-store events, launches, and brand activations
• Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to a positive and inclusive counter environment
• Represent the Clinique brand with professional grooming, presentation, and a passion for skin health
