Myer Group is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a high-impact finance transformation program on a 6-month contract to start. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across business units, and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of key transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with organisational priorities and deliver tangible value. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), to drive successful outcomes.

About the role:

Strategic Delivery & Coordination

• Lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with broader transformation objectives
• Track progress against milestones and KPIs, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Collaborate across teams to synthesise challenges, develop solutions, and escalate critical issues where required
• Prepare high-quality updates and reporting packs for monthly governance forums (e.g. Transformation Management Forum)
• Facilitate decision-making forums and ensure clear, consistent communication of outcomes

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across assigned areas
• Build strong, trusted relationships while ensuring alignment between delivery teams and the ELT
• Drive transparency and collaboration across all levels of the organisation

Strategy & Communication

• Develop content for key strategic communications, including Board papers, investor updates, and executive presentations
• Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all transformation initiatives
• Change Management
• Partner with Change and HR teams to embed effective change management practices
• Monitor adoption, evaluate impact, and implement corrective actions where needed
• Support targeted interventions to ensure sustainable business outcomes

About You

• 3–5 years’ experience in project management, delivery, or coordination roles (finance or transformation environment preferred)
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong bias for action – comfortable stepping into problems and driving solutions, not just tracking progress
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• High level of data literacy, with the ability to perform both regular and ad hoc analysis
