The Myer team is looking for a Brand Partner Manager (referred to internally as Concessions Manager) for Footwear, Accessories & Home to join the team!
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering Myer’s merchandise strategy by balancing and representing the interests of both Myer and its concession partners, fostering strong and commercially successful partnerships.
About the Role
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with brand partners through consistent communication, credibility, and reliable delivery
- Drive sales performance across all aligned brand partners by leading strategic discussions, negotiating agreements, and identifying day-to-day growth opportunities
- Partner with the Operations Manager to assess and optimise store space, supporting New Myer initiatives through brand rollouts and exits
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, taking ownership from investigation through to execution
- Collaborate with brand partners to develop and implement marketing plans that drive sales performance and enhance brand visibility for both Myer and its partners
About You
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and ensuring the accuracy of financial forecasts
- Commercially savvy, with strong problem-solving skills, sound decision-making ability, and a strategic mindset supported by data analysis.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to manage priorities independently
- Solid understanding of retail dynamics, including suppliers, competitors, customers, and category trends
- Experience managing key stakeholders and delivering outcomes through collaboration, coaching, and change management
- Proficient in relevant systems and tools, including data extraction and reporting
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build and sustain successful supplier relationships
