About Just Jeans

Just Jeans is a key brand within Myer Group, a prominent Australian retailer with a strong presence in both Australia and New Zealand. The Just Group encompasses five renowned brands—Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Portmans, Jacqui E, and Dotti—and operates over 700 stores across the region.

About the role:

Love keeping things moving and running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Supply Coordinator to join our Just Jeans team and support the seamless flow of product from suppliers to stores.

In this role, you’ll work closely with your Product Manager and the wider team supporting the entire department to deliver great product, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain product data in AS400, ensuring all orders, OTB and WTD updates are accurate and timely.
• Raise and revise purchase orders, calculate pack ratios, and manage style and colour setups.
• Create and maintain internet product information, descriptions, and attribute updates.
• Action markdowns, re‑tickets and discontinued lines.
• Ensure stock is delivered to the DC and stores on time, resolving delivery issues quickly.
• Approve Class A and DA’s promptly and manage communication with suppliers and the DC.
• Organise and track air and sea freight, calculate GP and monitor manifest loadings.
• Complete costings, cost adjustments, and order tickets and woven labels.
• Maintain delivery schedules, OTB reports, artwork loadings, and department filing systems.
• Liaise with Operations, Allocations, State Managers and merchandising teams to ensure correct stock flow.
• Garment CAD creation and updates in Illustrator
• Support Product Manager, Product Coordinator and Planner with daily department operations and promotional activity.
• Manage customer feedback, sample coordination and any shipping, allocation or packing updates.

What you’ll bring

• Illustrating CADs in Adobe
• Fashion Retail Product Coordinator / Supply Coordinator experience
• Supplier liaison skills
• Experience in working in a team environment
• Understanding of Fashion, Design, Garment Construction,
• High attention to detail
• Computer skills, particularly in Excel
