Myer Group is looking for a People Support Coordinator to partner closely with our 750+ retail stores across Australia, ensuring quality HR support is delivered. You will work with our Retail Managers to facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process for all Sales Assistants. You will also be the first point of contact for the reporting of Health and Safety incident reports.
- Fixed-term, full-time contract role until end of November 2026

About the role:
- Support end-to-end recruitment for Sales Assistant roles, including seasonal Christmas hiring campaigns
- Advertise vacancies, screen applications, and coordinate interviews with Store Managers
- Manage recruitment administration, including employment contracts, offers, onboarding documentation, and reference checks
- Partner with Talent Managers and Store Managers to achieve agreed hiring timelines and Time to Fill (TTF) targets
- Maintain employee records and process contract variations, training records, and related correspondence
- Provide administrative and project support to the People & Culture and Retail teams
- Complete weekly WorkCover payment calculations and related administration
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and promptly report hazards and incidents
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support broader HR and Talent Acquisition projects as required
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and high-volume recruitment activities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism, ensuring all information is handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
- A genuine passion for Human Resources, combined with a strong desire to learn, develop, and grow your career.
- Collaborative and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with PageUp experience highly regarded.
