We’re seeking Expressions of Interest for upcoming opportunities within our Merchandise Buying teams across Myer Group. These entry-level roles are a great way to launch your career in retail buying and play an important role in bringing products from suppliers to our stores and customers.

- Supply Coordinator
About the Role
You will provide key administrative and coordination support to ensure product information, purchase orders, samples and stock flow are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Support Buyers, Product Managers and Merchandise teams with the day-to-day operations of the category
- Maintain accurate product information across systems, including pricing, promotions, attributes and range documentation while also accurately raising order with correct pricing and documentation
- Manage and update purchase orders, delivery schedules and key buying tools to support smooth operations
- Coordinate product samples across buying, marketing, online and in-store activity, ensuring everything is ready when needed
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep product and information flowing seamlessly from source to store
- Assist with stock delivery coordination, tracking timelines, following up on updates and resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Contribute to reporting, promotions and admin tasks, including trade reports, campaign support and continuous process improvements
About You
We are looking for passionate, organised and detail-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have a genuine interest in retail, product, fashion, supply, merchandise or buying, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the business.
You will bring:
- Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, administration, or a similar environment
- Solid administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Well-developed communication skills, with the confidence to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using systems and learning new software, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- A customer-focused mindset with a professional approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- A team-oriented attitude with a proactive, “can-do” approach
Nice to Have
- Experience in a merchandise buying office, supply coordination, or fashion retail environment
- Experience in CAD illustrations in Adobe
- A tertiary qualification in fashion, business, commerce, or a related field
